This is a good reminder. Drove me to check my MacroFactor..i average 2.5g/day. Argh.

dried apricots and pistachios look good, too.

i was kinda shocked. I fantasize myself knowing smth about this stuff and Oh Boy.

So, got figs, pistachios, ate my ribeye, baked a few potatos....going to dial it up by almost 2x.

Oddly, the *first* night i dialed this back in, knees felt quite a bit better next day.

Weird.
